Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our sensitive work orders. You’ll need to perform mostly HVAC , Electrical jobs at commercial and residential places .

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to  Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs.

- Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues.

- Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements.

- Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in property management or real estate development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Payment Method:
