Summary: The Vending Machine Inventory Associate will be making deliveries and maintaining inventory levels in vending machines, bolt bins, and safety cabinets. Handheld scanners and computers will be used in all aspects of these positions and deliveries will be made in a company truck or full-sized van. This position reports to the Branch Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pull product daily for scheduled vending deliveries.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
  • Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
  • Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to, and resolves service complaints.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, or fax about product ordering.
  • Communicate to warehouse manager, purchasing, shipping, receiving and outside sales staff.
  • Respond to customer needs promptly.
  • Maintain records of communication from both customers and vendors for quick accurate review.
  • Assist in training customers on vending machine operation.
  • Streamline procedures for automatic restock, consumption, and invoicing of vending accounts.
  • Deliver to customer and fill vending machine/bins.
  • Represent company in a professional manner.
  • May be tasked with Warehouse functions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Able to deal with customers on an oral/and written level as well as problem-solving.
  • Requires relationship building and follow-up.
