Heads Up Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate and organized inventory records. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of inventory management tasks, including but not limited to receiving, counting, and documenting production components, as well as ensuring proper storage and organization within the stockroom. While experience in inventory management is preferred, we are also open to training the right individual. Your keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential attributes for success in this role.
Key Details:
· Work Location: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
· Location: This is a full-time onsite position located in Addison, TX.
· Compensation: $16/hr + profit sharing and comprehensive benefits package.
· Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you’ll do
· Accurately count and verify inventory levels using established procedures and technology.
· Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
· Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
· Assist in the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
· Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory activities.
· Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
· Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.
What will make you successful in this role (skills)
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to inventory handling.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Proven experience in inventory management or related field is a plus.
· Proficient in using inventory management software.
