Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:We are currently hiring Assemblers and Builders on 1st shift in a climate-controlled facility in Roseville, MI. Starting pay is up to $18/hr.We Offer a Great Benefits Package:

Shift times for this position: 1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm must be open to working up until 4:30 when needed. (Monday – Friday & ½ day on Saturday) Position responsibilities:
  • Prepping and assembly of carbon fiber components.
  • Review work instruction for proper operational procedures.
  • Identify and verify proper parts and lot number for job.
  • Set up a check and/or drill fixture.
  • Operate the following tools for grinding and cutting as needed: cut-off wheel, die grinder, orbital sander, drill, band saw, drill press, pedestal grinder, or pencil grinder.
  • Sand part into tolerance, verifying periodically in check fixture.
  • Drill parts as needed.
  • Assemble additional hardware to parts as needed.
  • Clean parts.
  • Label, count, and package parts.
  • Support compliance with quality policies.
  • Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
