- The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to set appointments for estimates in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer all incoming calls from prospective Customers and set appointments with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives.
- Contact all prospective Customers that have left their name at a show, event, mall, via the web site or phone message and set appointments with a with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives.
- Follow up on all leads for which an appointment has not been set and attempt to book an estimate appointment and update BF Retail.
- Follow up on all unsold estimates and either sell the job or set an appointment for a follow up sales appointment and update BF Retail.
- Answer the telephone promptly and politely. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism.
- Input and maintain all data related to leads and scheduling in BF Retail.
- Mail out packet of information to interested customers as requested
- Assist with referral program implementation and neighborhood marketing efforts.
- Contacts customers to reconfirm appointments for following day.
- Update sales board daily.
- Review abandoned calls log twice in morning and evening to return calls.
- Conduct regular follow up with all prospects who either have not had an estimate scheduled, or have not yet purchased (by either phone calls, regular e-mails, newsletters, correspondence, etc.).
- Attend and participate in regular Branch and/or Regional meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of sales
- Strong customer communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide.
- Computer Skills
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
