WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team The Implementation Specialist will partners with Sr. Implementation Specialist to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed per contract agreement or SOW. Collaboratively ensures all internal and external project stakeholders are updated regarding onboarding task status.

Select Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists Sr. Implementation Specialist in assessing Net New and Upgrade dealer information to collaborate on specific task assignments.
  • Process, follow-up and act as SME for all data needs for your assigned workflow or program
  • Monitor data order status with external vendors and/or internal processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate data order status, quality concerns, or other delivery concerns with Sr. Implementation Specialist
  • Provide back-up, complete tasks, or customer follow-up when Sr. Implementation Specialist is absent or on PTO
  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks, perform METL functions, upload data to specific dealer client.
  • Act as an SME for Customer Support team to assist with troubleshooting data lagging issues for existing dealer accounts keeping in line with current SLAs and response targets.
  • Participate in meetings or professionally communicate with our customers on data troubleshooting or lagging concerns.
  • Open support tickets or cases both internally and externally with vendors as needed to track and resolve Outsell delivery concerns.
  • Provide input and feedback to Team Lead or Supervisor issues or concerns with vendor deliverables. Assist in prepping for Vendor meetings to include missing data feeds or expected data delivery timeframes.
  • Proactively update Team Lead and/or Dealer Support Supervisor on any vendor delivery issues or concerns especially those that impact our onboarding timelines.
  • Assist Sr. Implementation Specialist with administrative tasks such as assign from dates, Package Manager adjustments and Salesforce task completion.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, forward or transfers calls, attends to or responds to voicemail messages.
  • Create and/or advise on documentation and training materials.
  • Explore process and function optimization with team leadership and internal partner teams.
  • Personally demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions both inside and outside of the company.
  • Perform other duties as required












WHO WE WANT

Education and Experience:

  • Two Year Degree; and
  • One (1)+ years Technical Client Service or similar experience; or
  • A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform essential functions.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce; and automotive experience

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Process and Detail-orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and organize activities, maintain multiple workflows and tasks simultaneously.
  • Internal and external customer facing communication.
  • Advanced proficiency computer skills – ability to navigate different apps and websites; comfortable with web browser and software.
  • Applied knowledge with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to implement efficiency enhancing tools and processes
  • Troubleshooting, problem solving
  • Knowledge of Outsell and vendor systems
  • Knowledge of Outsell organization (functions – analytics, success)
  • Ability to comprehend abstract processes.
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
  • Demonstrate ability to care about team members and work together collaboratively.

TRAVEL/LOCATION

  • Commuting by car and plane to headquarters periodically.
  • This position is hybrid based in the Minneapolis headquarters.
