As a Production Engineer (also known as Automation Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer), you'll be responsible for hands-on problem-solving, repairing, and continuous improvement of post molding operations. You'll establish optimum processes and controls, generate standard operating procedures, and provide training and guidance to technicians and operators. You'll also initiate and manage cost savings and lean manufacturing initiatives, and assist in equipment specification, selection, installation, and debugging.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree with heavy concentration in automated equipment/systems.
  • At least two years hands-on experience in secondary production machinery in high-speed (automation) electro/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with sensors, vision systems, PLCs, and automated systems.
  • Computer proficiency (CAD, MS office, etc.)
  • Experience working with automation.
