Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Direct incoming phone calls
  • Process Payments
  • Manage and Complete Daily Task
  • Complete welcome calls for new customers
  • Assist customers with setting up online access
  • Handle Mailers
  • Manage/Schedule appointments
  • Contact customers to resolve problems
