Responsibilities:- Draft various legal documents to support attorneys, such as pleadings, discovery requests and answers, memoranda, and contracts
- Medical Records Retrieval
- Support during Trial
- Obtaining Certified documents
- Follow up with Clients
- Treatment
- Intake
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and basic computer skills
- Paralegal certification from an accredited program prefered
- Member of National Federation of Paralegal Association and/or member of local paralegal association is nice to have but not required
- Management, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal specialist, case manager, legal assistant, or legal office manager
