Compensation:

$60,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Draft various legal documents to support attorneys, such as pleadings, discovery requests and answers, memoranda, and contracts

  • Medical Records Retrieval
  • Support during Trial
  • Obtaining Certified documents
  • Follow up with Clients
  • Treatment
  • Intake
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and basic computer skills
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program prefered
  • Member of National Federation of Paralegal Association and/or member of local paralegal association is nice to have but not required
  • Management, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal specialist, case manager, legal assistant, or legal office manager
