We are looking for High Performers for our Inside Sales Solar Organization.
We are hiring INSIDE SALES- IN OFFICE APPOINTMENT SETTERS.
Calling warm leads and setting virtual sales calls.

Get paid per appointment show (every set appointment that answers the call from a closer pays you)


Job Type: 30-40 Hrs per Week - Choose your schedule.
Schedule: 6 - 8 hour shift options with days of the week being flexible
Yearly income: Commission Only $88k

As a Sales Representative you will spend your time making outbound calls to qualified customers looking to go Solar. You must be able to handle Rejection.


Job Responsibilities:
Drive new customer acquisition by utilizing persuasive sales techniques on outbound / Set Appointment sales calls to qualify prospects.
Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
Consistently perform on a variety of key performance indicators including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
Build rapport and connect with potential customers – aims to turn every call into a sales opportunity

Minimum Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is preferred
Competitive spirit and goal oriented
Thrives in a commission-based environment
Phone-related service a major plus
Proficiency in using computer applications
Strong ability to multitask, including conversing while navigating our CRM system simultaneously
