What You Would Do

  • Be the “glue” that keeps all the scheduling of customers & jobs running well
  • Review & coordinate all details needed for our installation or sales scheduling
  • Communicate closely with each customer for scheduling, quality follow up, & ensuring that they are kept in the loop in all steps
  • Keep customer records & database current & accurate
  • Assist in ensuring our projects are complete and error-free
  • Provide vital tactical support to each department & their managers
  • Represent us by taking calls, scheduling sales, & service appointments
  • Provide each customer with a remarkable experience

What We Need

  • Successful experience in customer service scheduling
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Exceptional telephone, communication, & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to see the overall picture while giving high attention to every detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
