Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facilities Associate with forklift certification to join our fast-paced Operations team at our Carson, CA headquarters. Reporting to our Operations Manager, the role will be responsible for receiving packages, organizing the warehouse and supporting various facility tasks. Applicants must have forklift certification and should be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis. The ideal candidate also has basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Outlook. 

A day on the job looks like this: 

  • Receive, inspect and deliver incoming packages to appropriate location/recipient   
  • Maintain accurate shipment logs   
  • Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse   
  • Provide support to the Operations team with daily requests  
  • Help maintain a safe and effective working environment  
  • Deliver world-class service to our partners and guests 
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 1–2 years of applicable experience 
  • Valid driver’s license required (copy of driving record required)  
  • Valid forklift certification  
  • Strong customer-service orientation   
  • Good written and verbal communication skills  
  • Basic computer proficiency
