Seeking a Senior Mechanical Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a global design, engineering, and construction firm located in Merritt Island, FL

This position offers full benefits, including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k, and more

Salary ranges from $130k to $160k based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee subcontractor HVAC, Plumbing, & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project.
  • Ensure QA/QC, scheduling, safety, and integration per plans/specs.
  • Prepare/review installation schedules and reports.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience manageing mechanical Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial projects.
  • Experience managing large scale projects upwards of $50 million
  • Strong HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping systems experience.
  • Proficient in reading/interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use; Procore experience preferred.
  • Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor projects preferred.
  • Preferably residing in Central Florida within commuting distance to the Space Coast.
