Dog Bather at Dog Dayze Doggie Daycare

Dog Dayze is looking for an experienced, part-time, dog bather to join our team We are located at 570 W Boughton Rd in Bolingbrook, IL Our ideal candidate is a experienced in dog bathing, hard-working, fun, and reliable We are hoping to add a groomer to our team in the near future as well

Responsibilities

• Bathe dogs of all breeds and sizes properly and safely.
• Perform nail trims and de-shedding techniques properly.
• Brush and blow dry all types of coats properly.
• Operate our scheduling system and answer emails professionally.
• Work well with current staff, management, and clients.
• Adapt to the doggie daycare environment and work as a dog handler in playgroups if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced in working in a professional grooming environment. This is not a position we are training applicants for
• Must be able to properly and safely perform nail trims and de-shedding techniques.
• Must be comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Must be willing to work other positions, such as a dog handler in play groups, if needed.
• Must be well versed in communicating professionally with clients via email, phone, and in person.
• Must work well with current management and staff.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
