About the Role

The Casino Banker is responsible for all Main Bank activities during assigned shifts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Receives and accounts for all funds turned into the Main Bank from all Departments.
  • Maintains accountability for the Cash Operations Department including meeting all necessary deposits, net win, impress level, etc.
  • Completes all required paperwork, money exchanges, bag redemptions, etc.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity to protect and safeguard the company’s assets and funds.

Essential Functions

  • Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
  • Must have manual dexterity to allow for inputting of data into computer software and be capable of viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time

What’s Required

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of cash handling experience is required.
  • Strong math skills required.
  • Some banking or accounting experience is preferred.
