HIRING BONUS $2,500 WITH VERIFIABLE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL DOOR OR ENTRY DOOR SYSTEMS

Norm's Doors of Omaha, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire Commercial Service Technicians who is mechanically inclined with experience in the construction business or welding and can help in the service and installation of commercial doors and door hardware.

If you have experience working on doors, door hardware, security, systems integration, access control, glass, glazing, framing, or anything similar within the commercial construction industry, please apply

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including: roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors, commercial entry doors, and automatic pedestrian doors.
  • Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
  • Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
  • Always operate with safety conscious manner while performing job duties
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
