Are you a self-motivated multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional part-time to full-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our practice. The preferred candidate is punctual, reliable, and has schedule flexibility.


You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and their pets to our brand new facility, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule appointments, complete daily office tasks, and assist us with other operations as needed in a busy environment.


The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team that has a variety of personalities.

Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Take all incoming phone calls and respond to emails to ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
  • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, downloading and linking files, and client communication by phone, email, text, etc.
  • Communicate clearly in a fast-moving ever-changing environment
  • Adapt quickly to change
  • Have love and willingness to serve and assist clients, fellow employees, and the pets we care for
Qualifications:
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic Windows computer skills
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and remaining calm in stressful situations
  • 1+ year of fast-paced receptionist experience or veterinary practice job experience preferred
  • Have the ability to manage multiple digital communication platforms
  • Self-motivated to do daily tasks and keep yourself busy. A can-do attitude is a must
  • Physically able to carry 40 pounds
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Willingness to be helpful to everyone, both clients and fellow employees
