What's It Like to Be an RN/LPN Here?As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in our boutique six-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF), you'll be a care champion, managing resident care plans and ensuring that the nursing team maintains top-notch standards in line with state laws and regulations. You'll act as a health detective, conducting rounds, spotting early signs and symptoms, and addressing any changes in residents' health. Providing professional and compassionate emotional support to residents and their families will be another critical aspect of your job. Additionally, you'll keep things in check by completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
What We Need from You:We're looking for certified pros with a current Oregon license as an RN or LPN, unencumbered. Keeping your CPR certification current is a must.
