NLP Logix is recruiting a Project Manager to join its growing team of IT and Business professionals. This position is for a full-time employee, will be based out of Jacksonville, FL and will require less than 10% travel.

NLP Logix is a Data Science product and services company based in Jacksonville, FL that specializes in AI Solution Development, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics for a variety of use cases, industries, and customers across the United States.

We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead exciting internal initiatives In this role, you'll play a key role in propelling our organization forward by managing projects with a focus on internal efficiency and growth. While the primary focus is on internal projects, there's an opportunity to gain experience with smaller client-facing projects as you develop your skills.

Who You Are:

  • You have 1-3 years of project management experience, with a strong foundation in project lifecycles and best practices.
  • You're a natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You're a problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and resource constraints.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality deliverables and achieving project goals with Smartsheet.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices.
  • Potential to gain experience managing small client-facing projects as you grow with the company.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
