Job Description Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our client's team. The CNC Machinist will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality components for industrial process equipment. This individual will operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in every piece produced.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and job orders to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install tooling and fixtures necessary for machining tasks.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are machined to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding G-code programming.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
