The Mountain Wests premier outdoor retail/rental shop, Switchback Sports, is hiring full-time Sales Associates/ Ski and Bike Tech. This is a Seasonal job with benefits and a flexible work schedule to maximize your time outside. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard in the ski and bike industry. We're looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Running point of sale
  • Learning and staying up to date on ski and bike equipment
  • Assist customers in finding clothing and equipment that will allow them to enjoy their time outside
  • Assisting guests with rental equipment
  • Work with ski and bike equipment building bikes, performing tunes, etc. (No technician experience is required, but it is recommended for the Repair Technician position. We provide full training.)
  • Must be able and willing to work Holidays and weekends.
  • Must have reliable winter transportation
