Skip Tracer

Part-time Skip Tracer who will work in a small call center type environment handling inbound and outbound calls to verify debtor employment. This is an onsite position in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Determining the best method for recovery by skip tracing and locating debtors - determining employment, earnings, liabilities, assets, and ability to pay
• Reviewing delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectable and ensuring all efforts have been taken before elevating to next step
• Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
• Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
• Work closely with agents to coordinate activities

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctual with good attendance is a must
• Must have superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
