  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Feeding patients and assisting with nutritional needs
  • Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
  • Assisting with medical procedures, under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals

Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
  • Passing the state competency exam for CNAs
  • Valid CNA certification and registration
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Good physical health and stamina to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
  • Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in healthcare
