Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for driving truck or automobile over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, collects money from customers, and makes change by performing the following duties.

Perform and produce based on company core values.

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to field staff
  • Delver products to other locations
  • Inventory cycle counting at locations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Tactical Work:

  • Drives truck to deliver such items as service and install equipment, parts to all locations of the business including job sits
  • Loads and Unloads truck for inventory logistics
  • Operate commercial vehicles while towing trailers
  • Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record.
  • Maintains warehouses for organization and cleanliness
  • Communicates with Technicians, Dispatch, and other personnel on delivery of items
  • Backup for working in the reconditioned equipment area
  • Places stock on shelves or racks.
  • Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
  • Cleans inside of truck.
  • Monitors and informs Fleet Management on routine maintenance of delivery trucks.
  • Utilization of Forklift must be trained.
  • Regular, predictable onsite attendance is expected.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1-2 years related experience in related field.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current driver’s license associated with company needs.

Ability to operate commercial vehicles

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
