JOB SUMMARY

Are you looking to grow your income without the headaches of salon ownership?  Dedicated licensed cosmetologist with an exceptional work ethic, a desire  to put down roots, be part of a team and focus on exceptional guest service is a must.  There are opportunities to grow within this company and take your career to the next level. Saturday's required.  Closed Sundays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acknowledge and greet all guests with friendly, prompt, and courteous service
  • Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions
  • Integrate product recommendations and retail sales into each service
  • Meet or exceed individual retail and productivity goals
  • Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return
  • Participate on making Calls to clients to ensure a great experience to all clients
