Job DescriptionJob Description

Plastic Printers is seeking a Graphic Designer with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In-Design & Illustrator.

Desired qualities include the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a positive open attitude that has the ability to interpret client requirements while welcoming feedback, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Creativity in design, problem-solving, and the ability to finish a design with little direction are also desired.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Translates concepts and information into finished artwork; Uses feedback to modify designs while applying design principles and demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness and develops innovative approaches to design concepts.
  • Designs promotional and advertising materials (digital and print) while following brand standards.
  • Prioritizes and tracks the time schedules of multiple project deadlines, and maintains records/files of all projects.
  • Dependable follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Consults with team and supervisors to evaluate project needs.
  • Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
  • Other duties may be assigned as strengths and skillsets are identified.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a design-related field
  • 2-4 years of related work experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with logo design preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Minimum $18.00 + Based on Experience
