Our rapidly growing company is searching for an Automotive Tire Technician to add to our team

Responsibilities

In this role, you will accurately and efficiently service automotive tires.

These primary services include, but are not limited to:

• Flat tire repair by means of vulcanizing patches.
• Tire mounts and dismounts on a wide variety of makes and models.
• Diagnosing and servicing Tire Pressure Monitor Systems (TPMS) on a wide variety of makes and models.
• Perform balancing and rotation evaluations.
• Perform steering, suspension and brake inspections to identify potential mechanical problems.
• Perform light repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Have open communication with Service Manager and customer.

Other duties and responsibilities will also include:

• Maintaining tire supply inventory.
• Maintaining personal work space, shop and equipment.
• Support for automotive technicians when required.
• Support alternate company departments when required.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience as an automotive tire technician. Steering, suspension and brake system ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Rolling tool box with adequate tools to perform basic automotive repair.
• Self-starter work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship.
