Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in shaping the future of Keller by sourcing and hiring the best talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to execute strategies to attract passive and active candidates, facilitate interviews, check references, make job offers, attend career fairs, and assist with onboarding and orientation. This role requires the ability to foster strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.  Keller has 10 offices locations spread across Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Utah so occasional travel will be required.  The position will report to the company’s Human Resources Director and will have the opportunity to learn other areas within Human Resources as the company grows.

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establish innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide training to managers on the hiring process.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay current on engineering industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
  • Assist HR team with onboarding and orientation as well as other HR initiatives.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field and/or experience in lieu of degree.
    • 2+ years of experienced in full cycle recruitment, including experience with hard-to -fill positions (passive candidates)
