Experienced Title Professional with excellent skills and positive relationships in the Real Estate Industry to manage and market our Southern Maryland Office. Our managers are “in business” with us and enjoy a great deal of independence to build their business.  

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the Production and Servicing of Real Estate Settlements
  • Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and other related documents according to company standards and guidelines
  • Operational and Financial responsibility for the performance of the office
  • Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve title issues and facilitate smooth transactions
  • Maintain and update title records, databases, and files to ensure efficient retrieval and organization of information
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry
  • Proficient in conducting title searches and examining title documents
  • Strong knowledge of state and local title regulations and requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title issues
