KEY OUTCOMES

1) OUTCOME: Working with direct employees on making rate, quality control, safety and communication within the department.

· On-time order completion.

· Quality issues

· All stockroom KPI’s and measurables by RSM being reached.

2) OUTCOME: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals.

· Hold weekly team meetings and monthly individual GAP meetings with each team member.

· Active participant in the Management Team.

· Hold daily huddles.

· Create a collaborative and engaged team.

3) OUTCOME: Ability to manage costs and maintain profitability ensuring that the company is operating efficiently and making a profit.

· Oversight of overall garment cost.

· Used garment issue percentage.

4) OUTCOME: Ensure safety within the department and among team members.

· Attend safety team meetings if required.

· Follow safe practices and procedures and ensure staff are informed of and trained in

safe practices of their designated work areas.

· Working closely with Engineering to ensure all equipment is functioning properly, recording, and reporting all breakdowns.

5) OUTCOME: Perform Consistent with Wildman Core Values

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recognize and develop talented individuals for advancement and growth within the organization by leading, training, evaluating and motivating.
  • Developing and maintaining vendor relationships that facilitate finding quality products at the best prices.
  • Support the team in weekly workload planning and direction while maintaining proper communication with the stockroom lead.
  • Communication with team and other departments regarding the status of orders and/or delays.
  • Support quality in the inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and defects.
  • Ongoing and continual leadership training and personal development of both team and you.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds throughout the shift of work.
  • Able to maneuver throughout the facility/facilities as needed.
  • Standing, walking, manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with hands for 8-10 hours per day.
  • Extreme temperatures – summer (heat)/winter (cold).
