- Gather client information through interviews and medical history documentation to determine treatment goals

- Monitor clients' progress and ensure adherence to the treatment plan
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and billing details for the occupational therapist's reference
- Uphold a safe work environment by following established procedures and legal guidelines
- Manage and restock supplies to ensure readiness for therapy sessions
- Maintain equipment by following operational guidelines, troubleshooting issues, restocking supplies, and arranging for repairs when necessary
- Adhere to professional policies and regulations to uphold occupational therapy standards
