Position Overview:


As a Case Supervisor (CS) at our organization, your role goes beyond the ordinary. You will be a pivotal driver in designing, implementing, and closely monitoring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, all while operating under the guidance of a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Every week, you'll embark on a journey that takes you to each client's doorstep, ensuring their progress and team cohesion.


In this dynamic position, you won't just be managing a team; you'll be a catalyst for growth, enabling individuals to overcome challenges and embrace positive change. Your interactions with clients and team members will shape the path to betterment, and your commitment to excellence will be the cornerstone of our success.


Key Responsibilities


Your primary responsibilities will include:


Crafting customized ABA programs: Collaborating with a BCBA, you'll be responsible for designing ABA programs tailored to each client's unique needs. Your ability to grasp individual nuances and devise innovative strategies will set the stage for transformative progress.


Implementing ABA Programs: Putting theory into action, you'll work closely with clients, following the established ABA programs to facilitate skill development, behavior modification, and overall growth.


Continuous Monitoring: Your role isn't just about designing and implementing; it's also about being vigilant. You'll meticulously track progress, gather data, and make informed adjustments to ensure each client is on the path to success.


Team Support: You will act as a bedrock of support for your team. Your regular visits will foster collaboration, boost morale, and enable seamless execution of interventions.



Requirements:


To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:


Master's Degree or Ongoing Studies: Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. If you're currently pursuing this advanced education, your dedication to growth aligns perfectly with our mission.


Preferred Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a distinct advantage. Your ability to communicate effectively will enrich our interactions and strengthen our community impact.


Driver's License and Clean Record: Mobility is crucial to your role. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential to ensure reliable client visits.


Creative and Multitasking Abilities: Our environment is dynamic, and challenges vary. Your creative thinking and multitasking skills will empower you to navigate complex situations with finesse.
