Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a CAD Technician for a leading fastener manufacturer's summer project in Rockford, IL. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting entry into the Solid Works system and contributing to various engineering projects.

Available shifts include 1st shift
Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD/AutoCAD experience to support entry into Solid Works system.
• Create and modify detailed engineering drawings and models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to CAD drawings and projects.
• Adhere to established standards and procedures for CAD design and drafting.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Solid Works.
• Previous experience or coursework in CAD drafting, design, or engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
