Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller with us.
  • The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • They will also be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
