Job Title: On-the-Job Training - Entry-Level General Laborer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Overview: Frontline Home Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with little to no employment history and limited job experience to join our on-the-job training program. This program provides hands-on experience in the construction industry, focusing on general labor tasks under the guidance of experienced crew leaders. The selected candidates will assist with various projects, including but not limited to picking up and delivering materials, communicating with homeowners, and overseeing roofing job sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist crew leaders with construction projects, including picking up and delivering materials as needed.
2. Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
3. Oversee roofing job sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is completed according to specifications.
4. Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, getting on roofs, and driving company vehicles.
5. Follow instructions from crew leaders and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
6. Utilize basic problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered on the job.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
3. Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break.
4. Must not be enrolled in school during employment with Frontline Home Solutions.
5. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and climbing ladders.
6. Basic communication skills and the ability to interact with homeowners and team members.
7. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
