Master Scheduler

Worldwide Foam is the fastest growing closed cell foam supplier in North America. Since 2008 we have expanded to seven locations as well as other product lines to include XLPE rolls, extruded PE and Elastomeric materials.

We are growing our team to include a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Scheduler. As a Master Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently across all our locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling - you'll be the maestro orchestrating our production timelines across multiple time zones.

  2. Work with to maximize production capacity by the balance of arrival of materials, usage of equipment and labor to ensure efficiency.

  3. Work closely with our production management team to analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scheduling improvements.

  4. Planning work orders based on customer deadlines, lead times, and production flow.

  5. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules on the fly to plan for unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Generate and maintain reports that track performance. Identify areas for improvement and celebrate wins.

  7. Daily have effective communication with various departments - production, customer service, sales, logistics, and inventory control - to keep everything aligned.

  8. Summarize any issues with orders, prioritize them and prepare solutions.

  9. Work with and maintain connection to our satellite locations to enhance scheduling efficiency.


Qualifications for Success:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Plus, a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing daily production schedules. Manufacturing and industrial experience? Even better.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with operating systems, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.

  • Fast-paced and challenging position: Independent self-starter who is well organized to meet deadlines like a pro.

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
