Our client serves up award-winning Texas-style BBQ; we're about creating unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. You'll lead by example, inspiring and guiding our culinary team to achieve excellence in every aspect of food preparation. From smoking the perfect brisket to crafting mouthwatering sides, you'll oversee every detail of our menu with precision and passion.


But great BBQ is about more than just the foodit's about the experience. That's why we're looking for someone who excels in customer service and thrives on creating memorable moments for our guests. Whether you're interacting with customers at the counter or ensuring that every order exceeds expectations, your friendly demeanor and commitment to service will set the tone for the entire dining experience.
