Plaintiffs Employment Civil Rights and Class Action Firm Seeks Intake Specialist for its Beverly Hills Office.


This position is an in-office position tasked primarily with assisting our employment firm with intaking potential cases and clients. The primary function of the role will be conducting initial consultations with potential clients over the phone or email, taking detailed notes and gathering pertinent documentation as needed, interfacing with attorneys and staff in regard to cases that should be signed up, and drafting and retaining those clients/cases. There may also be basic administrative work at times, such as helping to answer the phones, checking the mail, and receiving deliveries. The person will report directly to the managing shareholder in our Beverly Hills office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Training will be provided, but prior experience with intaking leads for a law firm is a MUST. Ability to communicate in Spanish would also be a major plus. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat.

The ideal character traits for this position are: punctual, extremely detail-oriented, excellent at communicating over the phone and via email, and a quick learner who is eager to help our employment practice continue to grow and succeed

This position will pay at $20-$30 per hour, depending on the candidate's prior legal experience, plus various benefits.
