Commercial Painter

Are you a hard-working, process-driven painter searching for a new opportunity at a growing company? You might be a great fit for our team. Our painters perform a variety of tasks such as assembling scaffolding, surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with clients to understand their needs. Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials, and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done. If you're ready to get started, apply today

$18 - $21 hourly

• Talk with clients to understand their needs and help them make the best decision
• Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
• Leave the work area clean once the project has been completed
• Match and mix paint to job specifications
• Assemble scaffolding when required
• Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers

• Driver’s license required
• Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required
• 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship is preferred, but not required
• Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
• Applicants that are detail-oriented and possess strong time management and communications are preferred

• Must complete DISC assessment to be a qualified candidate
• Must be located in DFW
