Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

Safely and securely move goods to and from the warehouse, the resorts, corporate offices, vendors and other locations in a timely and efficient manner. Performs general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed.

As a Warehouse Driver, you will:

• Load vehicle accurately and safely. Secure load for timely and efficient delivery of goods including inventory products to and from the warehouse while obeying traffic laws and safety procedures
• Unload/load vehicle as needed at delivery destinations
• Responsible for obtaining customer signature upon delivery either on a scanning device or hard copy and ensures that all delivery documents are returned to the warehouse
• Accurately count, inspect for damage and or defects and document all goods loaded into vehicle
• Report any discrepancies with orders or deliveries
• Conduct daily external and internal inspection of assigned vehicle, documents and report all problems to warehouse management
• Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record
• Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times
• Assist in the accurate counting of physical inventory and stored goods
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition
• Assist in the unloading of containers, unloading/loading of trailers and trucks as needed
• Follow all equipment operation safety rules and in compliance with company, federal, state and local rules
• Wear the proper safety equipment and follow all warehouse policies and procedures in regards to personal protection guidelines
• Work and communicate with co-workers, internal and external customers in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner. Committed to quality service

• Certified Fork Lift Driver (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Must be to lift up to 50lbs
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Valid TN Drivers License
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
