  • Installation and Repairs: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and water heaters.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, assess potential problems, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and efficient solutions to restore functionality.
  • Pipefitting: Cut, thread, and install pipes according to specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety standards.
  • Leak Detection: Identify and repair leaks in pipes, fixtures, and appliances to prevent water damage and ensure water conservation.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing clear explanations of plumbing issues, proposed solutions, and estimated costs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent on projects, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Residential Plumber.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid plumbing license in the state of Florida is preferred.
Compensation:$27-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
