About the Remodeling Superintendent Role:

Venture Builders is seeking a self-driven, experienced Remodeling Superintendent who shares our passion for excellence in home construction and renovation. This role is critical in ensuring our projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Remodeling Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Deadline Management: Ensure projects are completed within established timelines, meeting all deadlines.
• Hands-On Field Work: Actively participate in fieldwork when necessary, providing hands-on support to the team.
• Material Coordination: Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring everything is on-site and ready for use.
• Subcontractor Scheduling: Organize and schedule subcontractors, ensuring they align with project timelines.
• Change Order Management: Keep track of and implement change orders, maintaining clear communication with clients and the team.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor all stages of the project to ensure work meets Venture Builders' standards of excellence.
• Team Leadership: Keep technicians and subcontractors motivated, on task, and productive, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Remodeling Superintendent Compensation:

• $25-30/hour (Depending on experience)

Remodeling Superintendent Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in all phases of construction, with a solid understanding of remodeling processes.
• Leadership: Strong management and people skills, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and instructions clearly.
• Organization: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed.
• Professionalism: Must be clean-cut, dependable, and present a professional image that reflects the values of our company.
• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
