Good Life Construction, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Inspector/Estimator to join our team of professionals. This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California.

INSPECTOR/ESTIMATOR

Job Summary:

The inspector/estimator will respond, assess, evaluate, and estimate Deck and Balcony (multi-family) projects for department. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Produce proposals for deck and balcony division. Includes counting all elevated elements and determining which 15% we will inspect and determine pricing.
  • Obtain all pertinent information related to inspection to prepare and present proposal and send to the customer to get authorization. 
  • Assist and support inspection and report writing.
  • Document and track projects in Pipedrive CRM
  • Update new details regarding jobs into Pipedrive
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. 
  • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers while supporting customer experience.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must have insurable driving record (DMV)
Education and Experience:
  • At least three years of transferable/related experience required.
Physical Requirements: 
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
