This is a full-time year-round position that includes snow removal during the winter months with some overnight work along with some daytime snow removal.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate equipment to perform the following tasks; mowing, edging, blowing and pruning along with conducting Spring/Fall clean up tasks. 
  • Lawn Mowing with a Commercial Zero Turn Equipment
  • Operating hand and power tools.
  • Ability to see details and follow direction of Team Foreman.
  • Is a good steward to the customers and the communities we serve. Exhibits a professional image in maintaining professional uniform and seeking out positive interactions with customers. 
  • Ability to assess lawns for proper mowing in providing a consistent and professional lawn maintenance presentation in varying lawn and property conditions.

Requirements:

  • Valid and clean Driver's license.
  • Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
