Job DescriptionJob Description

All Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating of Fayetteville, NC is hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician to provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair their air systems and propose new equipment replacements. This position offers a highly-competitive, hourly pay of $18 - $30, depending on experience and skills.

You would also be eligible for excellent benefits such as annual bonuses and commissions, health insurance, dental, 1 week paid vacation, and an IRA plan

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications
  • Minimum of 2 years as an HVAC Technician
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Able to pass a background check upon hire
  • Reliable self-starter
