Honda of of Tenafly is seeking a Part Time Customer Care Specialist at our Service reception desk.

Qualifications:

At least one year experience in a customer service environment. Hospitality, Banks, Restaurant Hostess, Cashiers, etc.

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily/process repair order paperwork
  • Bilingual a Plus

Responsibilities:

Assisting the dealership in all of its goals

  • Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Identify customer needs
  • Set appointment for customer visits
  • Follow up with customer after their visit
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
