Pay Range: $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr, depending on experience, with opportunities for spiffs and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate fire and water damage to residential and commercial properties
• Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to discuss the scope of work and estimate details
• Ensure that estimates are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear and concise explanations of estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Review and adjust estimates as needed based on project developments and changes
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates and related loss documentation
• Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and materials to ensure accurate estimates
• Assist in procurement and vendor negotiations as necessary to achieve cost-effective solutions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of experience as a restoration estimator
• Proficiency in Xactimate software
• IICRC Certifications desired. We can help you obtain them if you do not have them
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
