Job Overview:

As a Project Manager specializing in gaming and hospitality projects, you will lead the successful delivery of high-profile ventures that cater to the unique needs of these industries. From luxury resorts and casinos to entertainment complexes and immersive gaming experiences, you will oversee every aspect of project execution, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Budget and Cost Management:

Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates, tracking expenses and monitoring financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with procurement and finance teams to procure materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates while adhering to project budgets and timelines.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability without compromising quality or safety.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that gaming and hospitality projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, materials, and finishes, and address any deficiencies promptly.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, permits, and regulations governing gaming and hospitality construction projects.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on gaming and hospitality projects.

Strong understanding of gaming and hospitality industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
