Primary Responsibilities: The Business Analyst is expected to become a subject matter expert on Del-Air’s operations systems and play a key role in the design and implementation of business solutions. This position is a functional and technical resource and works with end users and other developers to define requirements, design and prototype solutions, and contribute to development and testing. This position also ensures all development work is documented and participates in the deployment and training phases.

Specific Duties & Tasks:


• Maintain an understanding of business strategies and the technology to support and drive business requirements.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance Service Titan and other business systems functionality.

• Develop workflows, charts, and specifications for business applications.

• Ability to create specifications for a technical developer to create program enhancements and reports.

• Train end users on all business applications.

• Define and document application requirements.

• Develop Business Reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services.

• Assist in maintaining Service Titan, web applications, ETL applications and internal business applications.

• Analyze production systems for opportunities to improve performance.

• Provide operational support for business services, including occasional end user help desk support.

• Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Exercises joint authority and responsibility for the work and schedules of consultants.

• Creates, develops, provides, or coordinates system training, materials, and other educational tools

Qualifications:

• At least three to five years of related experience in a business/systems or developer role

• Bachelor’s degree with significant coursework in business and computer science

• Experience developing reporting solutions/applications (SQL, SSRS, SSAS, etc.)

• Experience developing, implementing and troubleshooting web based & client/server applications (Microsoft SQL Server).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

• Experience with ServiceTitan or another CRM, preferred.

• Eligible to legally work in the United States.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Applicable military experience will be considered.

• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
