Our client is a midsize Gov Con in growth mode, seeking an FP & A Manager to join their team. The role has high visibility and interaction with C-Suite personnel.

This role is hybrid based in Harford County, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting process, as well as ongoing forecasting efforts to enable the organization to deliver on key objectives
  • Responsible for financial reporting, including monthly comparison of actual vs. budget results and relevant variance analysis, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create monthly reporting packages for management and private equity sponsor
  • Monitor weekly cash forecasting tool
  • Performs comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
  • Responsible for driving alignment between financial planning and analysis and project controls by working with the departments ensuring that the FP&A function is providing the information and insights that management receives proper insight on financial status
